Rabbit's meat is superior to other meats for purely environmental reasons as well:

• After having consumed the same amount of food and water with other domesticated animals, rabbits will produce 7times more meat than the others, thus harming the environment 7times less , and also, as human populations increase, they are capable of satisfying their greater needs in meat consumption.
• Rabbits and their breeding conditions are not harmful to the environment, as they are bred in farms with constant daily supervision, strict sanitary conditions, and their wastes are recycled for fertilization purposes, by the farmers of the vicinity. As a matter of fact, rabbit wastes are considered one of the best fertilizers, rich in vitamins, as their foods are, which enrich in a most natural way the fields, exterminating any harmful carcinogenic fertilizers residues.
